Do you want to loose weight? Want to stay or get fit? Find it hard to exercise? Feel you are too old to exercise? Feel you are too big for exercise? Scared you wont be able to do it? Find it a big expense to join a gym? Well my range of local fitness classes is suitable for any age at an affordable price. It aims to develop your fitness, strength, mobility by giving you a range of both easy and hard exercises to do whatever your age or size - you choose which options you do. It will also help you control your weight as part of a healthy lifestyle.

The Fitness Class

Is a cardio/strength circuit class aimed mainly at women. Want some variety in your workout schedule? Come try this class that combines weight training and aerobic exercise. An aerobic warm up and cool down with exercises stations between set to music for a total body workout.

Costs

4 pounds a session(concessions 2 pounds 75p)

32 pounds for 10 sessions only pay when you come   (concessions 24 pounds)

Bar Hill Chruch Mondays    7.30 to 8.30pm

Oakington School Hall Thursdays   6.30-7.30pm

The Over 55s Class

Aimed at a pace suitable for the over 55s to improve and maintain fitness, strength and mobility. Again designed in an easy to follow circuit incorporating several different types of exercise to help get on with daily life and to enjoy yourself set to music.

Costs

2 pounds 75p a session 

24 pounds for 10 session only pay when you come
